I took this photo in the Summer of 2014 on the Top of The Rockefeller Centre in New York City. It’s a view of Uptown Manhattan with Central Park and the Hudson River on the left of the frame. I used the iPhone’s panorama function and then imported it into Lightroom 5 for a few small adjustments to the brightness and shadows. It can’t be pushed as much as a RAW file and it does lack a bit of sharpness, particularly at the edges; but it is pretty impressive for such a small lens and sensor. As Chase Jarvis says, “The best camera is the one you have with you”. Now there is no excuse for not having a camera.
